Load demo version in your Windows-based device. You have possibility to test this program during 7 days. After that contact herald@printherald.com in order to get open access.
Fill in the following fields to put the program into operation:
Add network borders where PrintHeral must find printers.
There can be more than one network.
If you have larger network, it is recommendable to increase Timeout (search time), eg 5000 ms.
If you want to blacklist some printers from the list (e.g. a printer that already has a supplier or a delivery service contract), you can add this printer in IP blacklist.
Possibility to receive a message of different toner levels.
If there is a need that toner order would come earlier, it is possible to increase the level where the program signals that toner is empty.
For example, if the printer is located away from a mother company, in remote location where deliveries are not dispatched every day, response time can be raised up to 20, it means that the program will identify that toner is becoming empty if there is 20% of toner left.
Insertion of company data.
Insert your e-mail (or responsible person in the company who must be informed about toner dispatching).
Insert the name of your company and the address of output server.
E-mails about the need for toner will be sent to the responsible person of the company and also to the supplier.
You can check if e-mail has been sent in the History part of the program.
